The region's gastronomy is tasteful and exotic and our menu was designed to provide our guests with the best of what Ceara has to offer. Typical dishes from the region include fresh fish and seafood, galinhada, baião-de-dois, panelada, pastéis de arraia, banana cake, caju dessert, tapioca and cocada.

We felt that visitors had to enjoy these local dishes as much as we do and therefore our restaurant specializes in these. However our chefs are also trained in international gastronomy and take pleasure in conjuring new dishes blending international recipes with local ingredients. All of this is in line combined with the pleasant and welcoming Vila Kalango's atmosphere provides the ideal dining experience.
